Finally - our Spring All-Hands Meeting
Allied Mechanical prides itself on our family atmosphere. Our owner thinks of every employee as a member of his family, and that is reflected in every business decision he makes. One of the traditions that Allied has enjoyed for years is our quarterly team meetings. Getting the office employees out, and bringing the field employees in, is our equivalent of a family dinners. We bring the troops out to a meeting space, serve coffee and breakfast, talk about the state of the company, and celebrate any personal and professional wins.
Well, since COVID, things have been a little different. When it was safe, we did have department meetings, but we haven’t been able to gather the whole company together since 2019. Now that the world is finally coming back to normal, we were elated to begin planning our first All-Hands meeting in quite awhile.
Held once again at The Columns Banquets in Elma, we gathered all our employees – construction, service, and office – together for breakfast and fun. This meeting was more of a celebratory style – we had raffles, games, and give aways. We wanted to celebrate the successes we’ve had over the past years, but also celebrate the chance to get together again as a family.

Walking in to the meeting room we had our homemade plinko game set up with various prizes, such as keychains, levels, pens, candy, and gift cards. We served a gourmet breakfast with hot coffee and caught up with other employees we haven’t seen in awhile. We heard from the department heads on new business and ongoing projects. Construction, service, and marketing all presenting a “state of the state” speech so that our field employees know what we’ve been up to. We also rolled out some new programs and gave a few other company updates. We raffled off larger gift cards and Allied clothing.
We celebrated the many anniversaries that have happened since 2019. We’re so honored to have several employees who have been with us for 10+ years, and more are entering that threshold every year.
Congratulations to the following employees, and thank you for sticking with us!
- 10 Years – Sean
- 15 Years – Josh, Jason, Casey, Don, and Joe
- 20 Years – Mary
- 25 Years – Dave

All in all, a grand time was had by all. We love celebrating our team and our company, and we’re excited to be able to meet in person again. Can’t wait for the next one!
