History

Founded in the spring of 1984, Allied Mechanical has grown consistently over the past two decades, developing into a leading provider of mechanical services and solutions in upstate New York, western Pennsylvania, and northern Ohio.

Originally located on Virginia Street in downtown Buffalo, the company expanded considerably in 1996 when it moved to a new location on Main Street in Buffalo. The larger facility allowed Allied Mechanical to build a fully automated, state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication shop. This in turn gave the company the unique ability to self-perform almost 100% of work on any contract and therefore maintain more control over each project.

Logo of Warm & FuzzyRecognizing the need for a quality home heating and cooling services company in the local market, Allied Mechanical continued to grow in 2000 by establishing a residential division. Called Warm & Fuzzy Home Heating & Cooling, the division focuses on designing and installing specialized systems, such as in floor radiant heating and indoor air quality solutions, as well as repairing and replacing existing systems.

The company saw another opportunity for expansion in 2003 when it acquired the assets of Allstate Mechanical, a commercial mechanical services business in upstate New York. The addition folded seamlessly into the Allied Mechanical mix, allowing the company to enhance existing service in Rochester and Jamestown, and begin servicing the Syracuse market.

Continued growth and expansion drove the Allied team to move into their present location on Niagara Street in 2007. The new location provides the company with much needed additional office and shop space, allows better access, parking and storage, and supports Allied in delivering value and service to their ever expanding list of clients.

Today, Allied Mechanical's accomplished team of professionals continues to grow the company by maintaining the values upon which Allied was built - quality, customer service, teamwork, integrity, and the drive for excellence.
