Many homes throughout Western New York use hot water boilers to generate heat for their baseboard or radiator style systems. This type of heat offers an economical and comfortable means of keeping your home warm during wintry weather.

Boilers are available in numerous sizes, styles, and efficiencies, ranging from the standard 80% up to as much as 92%. Controls can also be added to adjust the water temperature to the outside temperature. Without the control option, a boiler heats up to about 170 - 180ºF, whether it's 0ºF or 40ºF outside. But with the control option, we will install a computerized module sensor outside your home to take the temperature of the air and adjust the water temperature in the boiler accordingly.
